Hello, I just wanted to respond to your word by saying, Its close time someone stood up to the grand guys. I have not had every problems myself with starbucks. I live in Mission outside of Vancouver, BC. And they give out free coupons and apologies left, correspondence and center, even if its because your coffee is not the right temperature etc. that I do agree that with all of the bix box particle stores moving in, including Chapters who ironically has starbucks in everyone of their locations. I really approach pattern the profit and the genuiness is gone. I miss the mom and pop operations. have a bun in the oven for fighting the effective fight. I actually just bought a bottle of very expensive wine, that tastes somewhat like turpentine...so I am inspired, I will return it tomorrow and shoot for over satisfaction instead of putting my head pour down in resolve and eating the cost as I would normally do.
